Hybrid / Home Based Employment
Did you know that 100% of our team have the option to work be hybrid / home based employees? This means that you get to choose to work from home if you wish, only needing to attend our office for training and/or meetings. Of course, strict GDPR and security procedures are practised.
We provide a full workstation to enable you to work with the technical capabilities of being in an office, but from the comfort of your own home.
Whilst a professional respect is required to provide for the needs of the business, all of our employees get to pick and choose their working hours each week.
We are firm believers of supporting our team to encourage a happy balance between work and home life. To aid this, we created a "banked hours" scheme that allows our employees to work a few extra hours during busy times, to be banked and used at a later date of their choice.
National Living Wage
We are firm believers of the National Living Wage and have pledged to ensure that every single member of our team earns the National Living Wage as an absolute minimum.
We're Going Green!
Okay so we're not entirely green, but we have pledged to ensure 100% of our company vehicles are fully electric, by 2030. We've also taken massive steps forward, with the help of Signable, to be an almost entirely paperless office. We're on our way!
