What is the affordability requirement?
As a responsible agent, we are required to conduct affordability checks on prospective contract-holders. To quality, the guarantor must meet the same affordability requirement and have a clean credit history.

Why would I need a guarantor?
We may ask you to provide a guarantor if you do not meet the minimum criteria to rent. Some examples of when a guarantor may be necessary could include: falling short on the affordability requirement, having no available landlord reference, or having some minor adverse credit history. We may ask you to provide a suitable guarantor if any of your household income is from universal credit or housing benefit, to ensure the landlord remains compliant with mortgage and insurance requirements.

What is Reposit?
Reposit is a deposit alternative provider. Reposit provides tenants the opportunity to move into a rental property without having to pay a deposit.
